Anna was first a client OVER six years ago. She went from size 24 to size 8! Six years ago TODAY, Anna became the first weight loss coach to join Cyndi's team. She has played a vital role in the life-changing process for many of the ladies who have made the Grace and Strength Lifestyle journey to freedom. Coach Monica Hemming makes Grace and Strength History: Wings on her feet and Joy in her heart! This Sunday, November 6th 2016, our own Coach Monica Hemming will embark on her greatest challenge to date, fulfilling a dream she has had for years. Running the New York City Marathon! Monica will be one of over 50,000 other runners travelling 26.2 miles through the streets of New York City. What? Really? Amazing! Incredible! Marvelous! Just ... WONDERFUL!!
