Last year, I started Grace & Strength, finished it and then became a coach! Since then, I've started running and have a pretty consistent exercise routine. I totally love my life but never saw how a trip to Disney World would put such a perspective on my "new" way of life. Back in August I started my first G&S group, to say that I was excited to walk through this new journey with some of my friends was an understatement. I couldn't wait to see the transformation begin to happen in their lives. After a few weeks some of my girls started talking about running in the ever popular Color Run. Several of the girls were from Florida, so they decided to sign up for the race and run it together.

February 4th 2012 was the day I said good-bye as I watched my husband get on a plane for Afghanistan. I had known fears prior to this date and had known them well but the depth of my fear and worry had taken on a form that I had never experienced before in my life.
