Here is a sweet, tangy, and cool meal for you! Perfect for spring and summer.
I like it when I am just sick and tired of lettuce salads.
Ingredients
- 100 g/3.5 oz of cooked and diced chicken
- 1 diced apple
- 3 diced celery stalks
- 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon of cinnamon
- Pinch of nutmeg
- Pinch of cardamom
- Pinch of salt
- Stevia as desired
- 1 lemon wedge
Directions
- Combine ingredients together.
- Add cinnamon and stevia to taste.
- Place in fridge for 20 minutes.
- Serve with the lemon wedge and enjoy.
