I have seen this recipe all over Pinterest lately and decided to give it a whirl. I was quite surprised at how good they were, and my kids gobbled them up in no time! I love finding healthy snacks that I don't feel bad feeding to them! This is a Phase 4 and beyond recipe.
All you need is 2 (very) ripe bananas and 1 cup of oatmeal. You can also throw in any extras like chocolate chips, nuts, raisins, etc. For our cookies we added a dash of cinnamon.
Mash and mix your bananas very well, then combine the oatmeal and any extras. Mix well, then place on a greased cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes at 350° .
