Just in time for Easter! I don't know about you, but I love deviled eggs! This year mine are going to be just a bit healthier! Follow this recipe and see if anyone notices a difference--I'm betting they won't!
Ingredients
- 6 hard boiled eggs
- 3-4 tablespons plain greek yogurt
- 1-2 teaspoons mustard
- 1 tablespoon chopped dill (try fresh if possible)
- dash of celtic sea salt
- paprika
Directions
- Slice your eggs in half and remove yolks.
- In a small bowl, mix yolks, yogurt, mustard, salt, and dill.
- I always start out with the lower suggestion of ingredients and then add more if needed.
- Fill each egg half with the yolk mixture and garnish with paprika and more dill if desired.
Remember to keep these refrigerated until ready to eat!
