This is a great Phase 3 and clean eating treat!
Peanut Butter Dip
2 heaping tablespoons natural peanut butter
3 heaping teaspoons plain yogurt (Greek can be used if you prefer)
1 packet powdered stevia
Mix all ingredients together well and serve with a sliced apple! The calorie breakdown for the dip, using plain yogurt, is 207 calories!
