Did you know that Kale is a great food full of vitamins (even calcium!). It tends to have a bit of a bitter taste if you don't cook and season it just right (or hide it in a smoothie!), but these chips don't taste bitter at all! My kids love them and eat an entire batch in one sitting!
Kale Chips
Wash your Kale and trim the leaves off of the stems. Place them in a single layer on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkling a bit of fresh Parmesan cheese over them is a great option!
Bake at 350° for 10-15 minutes, or until crispy. Let cool and enjoy!
If you are on P2 then make these without the oil and cheese! Sprinkle with a bit of Celtic sea salt and any other approved seasonings!
