This is a great treat to change up your fruit allowance on Phase 2!
When you try it, definitely let us know what you think!
- 1 organic seedless orange
- 6-8 ice cubes
- 1/2-1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon skim milk
- 1/2 teaspoon stevia or 4 liquid stevia drops (vanilla are what I prefer, you can even use other flavors!)
- Peel orange and slice into sections.
- Add all ingredients to blender.
- I start with 1/2 cup water and then add more if needed.
- Blend to desired consistency and enjoy!
Phase 3 and beyond options include adding more milk, plain yogurt, or strawberries!
