Mmmmm.....cookies! This is a fun treat for anyone who is on Phase 3 and beyond! Who says healthy can't be yummy!??!
Ingredients
- 1 cup natural peanut butter (or almond butter)
- 1 teaspoon Stevia (powdered or liquid)
- 1 egg
Directions
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Form into equal size balls (1"-1.5") and place on cookie sheet.
- Flatten with a fork and bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes.
Cool and then enjoy!
