Servings: 6 x 1 cup servings
Prep Time: 10-15 minutes
Ingredients:
- 6 c. Plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 packets Stevia (this is to taste, more or less as desired)
- 1 pint Blueberries, divided
- 2 c. Raspberries, divided
- 2-3 Homemade Graham Crackers or 1 c. Granola
- Black Raspberries and Strawberries, as desired
Directions:
- Mix the Plain Greek Yogurt with the stevia until sweet.
- Put some blueberries in the bottom of a glass dessert cup.
- Add a layer of greek yogurt, then a layer of slightly mashed up raspberries, another layer of greek yogurt, then a layer of blueberries.
- Keep layering until you have reached the top.
- Top with a few fresh berries and crumbled Graham Crackers.
Chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
