"I threw away my suicide note."

Sometimes you meet people in life who are so extraordinary, so unique, and so entirely radiant with the love and compassion of a loving God that it's difficult to imagine them being anything other than just that. Beautifully radiant.

Recently, while talking with a former client who was reflecting over her journey with the Grace and Strength Lifestyle, she recalled with tears in her eyes the momentous day on our program when she threw away her suicide note.

She didn't throw it away because she lost some weight, she threw it away because of a life-changing transformation that permeated every aspect of her soul as she relinquished the pain of the past into the hands of a healing Savior who not only calmed the storm, but also planted beautiful aspects of His glory into that once empty space.

So much more than weight loss...

We cannot express it enough, and we can't say it too many times. This program, this journey, is so much more than simply another way to lose weight. It's about stripping away the lies and deceit that have caused far too many daughters of the King to live in poverty of the soul all alone and without hope for far too long.

He is the God of hope! Our lives were intended to overflow with that hope. ...overflow with joy ...overflow with a super-conquering power of those created in the image of a loving and powerful God.

This is what we're about. These are the greater weights that our clients tell us again and again that they've shed as they go through this program.
