Fall is a season of "starts". Summer, full of spontaneous fun, is coming to a close and Fall brings us to a new season of intentional structure. This is a perfect time to consider applying fresh attention to some key areas in our lives; relationships, personal growth, finances, and even health!
What new action steps could you apply to start (or restart) some growth in key areas in your life? I know for myself that though summer does give me lots of outdoor activities, it also gives me many BBQ's and Ice Cream sundaes!! Time for me to use this new season to make some intentional menu adjustments!
Making changes in our lives with a balanced approach is really where our greatest success lies. Have you ever made a New Years Resolution and committed to making big changes in your life only to feel like a failure by February 1? I have! The smartest way to implement good changes is to start small; get some "wins" along the way, celebrate those wins, and continue to add fresh changes towards your goal.
Is there a relationship in your life that could use some attention? Do you want to work on getting debt free? Do you want to learn something new? Do you want to get healthy; becoming the best version of yourself? Perhaps Fall is a great season for you!
