Let's Talk Tomatoes (Soup)
I am not a fan of tomatoes...never have been. I do, however, love tomato soup! This is a great option for Phase 2 and is so delicious!! Tomato Soup
Did you know that Kale is a great food full of vitamins (even calcium!). It tends to have a bit of a bitter taste if you don't cook and season it just right (or hide it in a smoothie!), but these chips don't taste bitter at all! My kids love them and eat an entire batch in one sitting! If you are on P2 then make these without the oil and cheese! Sprinkle with a bit of Celtic sea salt and any other approved seasonings!
Beef and Broccoli
One of the challenges I hear from Phase 2 clients often is related to cooking--that cooking within the diet guidelines as well as for the entire family isn't easy. It can be when you choose recipes like the one below! Just multiply the ingredients to fit your need! This is a dish that my entire family loves!
Italian Style Spaghetti Squash
Italian Style Spaghetti Squash: I had never tried spaghetti squash until I reached Phase 3 with Grace and Strength. I can't believe what I was missing--it is so versatile and seriously delicious! The recipe below has quickly become a family favorite--when you try it let me know what you think!
Peanut Butter Cookies: A Healthy Version!
Mmmmm.....cookies! This is a fun treat for anyone who is on Phase 3 and beyond! Who says healthy can't be yummy!??!
